the last secret achievement

how is it that there are many people that have 1000 in this game and atleast 2 members of this forums but there isn't any info or pic for it. i just bought this game and might start it after N3 but i'm real curious about this. in trolling this section i kept seeing refences to a achievement where you get S rating in all mission on the different difficulties. is that the secret one? i went trolling other sites hoping i could figure this little mystery out but i must admit i'm only more confused. anybody care to enlighten a techtard?

Ya it's for recieving a "Rank of SS", which is obtained by getting an S ranking in all missions on both difficulties.

You need S ranking in all missions, hard and normal.

when ever i play this game i beat the game with s rank and i dont get any achievements

You need to get an S rank for every mission, both normal and hard difficulty, in the game, not just b eating the game with an S rank.
