The Hungerer Achievement

Does anyone have any advice on how to speed this up?

Okay. I feel like I an talking to myself here, but for the remote chance that someone is reading this, go to Level Select and do the first boss battle. You should get 3 health packs each time you do it. Do this level over and over until you get the achievement. This is the fastest way I could find to do this.

during the fight or before you enter the battle? probably a dumb question but just wondering

DoctorNick - Sorry man. I haven't looked at this thread in a long time and I'm guessing you probably have the achievement by now. : )

You want to complete the entire Boss fight. Once you light the final fireplace, go back to the main menu and do it all over again.
