All Puzzles Achievement Glitch?

Does anyone know if the achievements for completing all of the puzzles as well as all of each puzzle type are glitched? I beat the game four times and chose a different path each time. I know each playthrough was unique because

SPOILER

The girl died a different way each time (shot by my character, locked in a room with the aliens by my character, eaten to death by the minion things, and suffocating on the space walk)

I just beat the fourth playthrough and did not get a single achievement for completing all of the puzzles or completing all of each puzzle type. The only thing I did was skip all of the cutscenes and one run was done through the leaderboards mode. The rest were singleplayer through the main menu.

Never mind I got it. Redid my leaderboard playthrough from the main menu and unlocked everything.

I was thinking that might be it.. I had the same problem with no achievements unlocking. Will redo my leaderboard playthrough and hope that's it. Thanx!

Ya, my shit didn't pop either! I am soo mad... I wasted my time playing the same shit that pissed me off over and over just to get nothing? Wtf?

The leaderboard run didn't count as one of the 4 for me. After I beat it again in single player I received all the achievements. I even came in under par time too.

5 playthoughs for sure as the leaderboard run doesn't count. Makes sense I guess as it says " complete .... in any single player mode"

If you go onto Leaderboards, you can see the ones you havn't done have 'Locked' at the top right. So if your Trace Route for 3-C is locked, you'll know to do Space Walk.
