Steel Ingots Glitched?

I have found 99/100 Steel Ingots and cannot for the life of me find the last one i need. Ive used a guide and went to every location 3 times and nothing.

My question is...
Is it possible that an ingot can get glitched and not be there?
And
Is it possible to put one into a container/body?

Not as far as i'm aware.

I was in the same situation - took me an age to spot the last one. They've been there for me each time.

Patience is the key methinks.

try looking at the site where it should be and around it as well, maybe it was moved from a grenade or something. Also make sure you look in every crevice and not just glance over the area, that was my mistake when looking for them

Did you use a guide with pictures on your first time??

I did that and didnt move to the next one until i got the one i was looking for

never heard of any glitch

you just missed one i think
