Use Spelunky and you can power right through the two beams at the start. You can grab the bandage too all under 5 seconds or less.

You can actually power through those orbs of light with meat boy, you just have to try a few times. You have to run and jump onto the individual block and jump off of the very end of it it. If the jump goes well you will land on the side of the block past the orbs and than you only need to do a quick wall jump up to get to bandage girl

You can do also do this with "The Kid" if you have unlocked him. You can double jump right through it.
