High Achiever Glitched?

Anyone else have this? Passed the requirements for it ages ago and my ribbons show me the same

Look for the medal called Top Performance Medal (Third Row, Last Medal). Whatever number you find there is how many times you've been in the Top 3.

The achievement only counts how many times you've been in the Top 3 of the entire game, meaning Top 3 out of all the players in the game. You may have misread the ribbons for being in the Top 3 as they are only for your team, not the overall game.

he is correct you get the medal for being the top 3 15 times.

I think this is it, it popped for me last night now.
The ribbons i was talking about are (what my guesses are) only team related.
So ive stood more then 40 times #1 and #2 of my team but didnt reached top #3 of the lobby i gues.

It isn't glitched as I managed to get it last night while working through my two hours of objective raid play time. Objective raid can be so short that if you arm and kill one person while defending it you'll be the top 1/2 members of the board. So it isnt glitched, it's just hard to get in some of the bigger gamemodes that last forever. Hope that this helps out.
