But the War Rages On not unlocking

I have completed the game on hard but this achievement hasn't unlocked for me.
I have replayed the final part numerous times and watched all credits. Still nothing
anyone know what to do?

Same thing happened to me, had to come to terms with the fact that i'm going to have to do another playthrough. Which isn't too bad really as the game is fairly enjoyable and could be done in 4-5 hours.
