Co-Op for this game?

I was playing the old Sims for the Xbox and there was a local Co-Op. You had the opportunity to play multiple characters each controlled by another. I'm sure there will be a Co-Op local and online, hopefully a full Live neighboorhood or something.

I just was thinking about the old Sims for my Xbox. That full Live neighborhood would be awesome! I'm quote excited about this game. But I'll wait a bit til it hits a lower price

I really doubt that they'll be any online interaction, outside of uploading and downloading content from one another.

They used to have a completely separate PC game called The Sims Online, however sadly because of lack of advertisement and very few updates from EA it was shut down a few years ago and they have never mentioned an attempt to create another MMO game out of the Sims franchise, although I know I would be the first to join if they did.

I think this means theres only File Shares not actually any Online Game Modes but I could be wrong.

In every Sims for console was a local co-op, sadly certainly no online co-op or other onine activities as just file sharing etc. But I'm pretty sure there will be also a local co-op or is something confirmed about that?

Thats totally bull-crap. I mean I'll pick it up (eventually), but definitely no co-op puts me more towards "I can wait a few months." Too many more important games coming out that do have online co-op.

I knew there'd be no co-op, just because of the principle of the Sims 3 ... it would be too hard for EA to do. At least there's offline co-op? I mean, it's better than nothing ...

With that in mind, I'll still rush out for this game. My social life will end next Friday, well the remainder of it left once University has taken it's not-so-fair share of it :P

I'm pretty sure this game isn't Co-Op, yet when you click Y on the disc channel and go to the end, it sasy Co-Op. . . What?
