Gender Choice or not?

hey guys when i watch peter talking about the start of Fable III he always says "you start out as you character's son or daughter," then he says that you are playing as the brother of Logan. I think this is confusing so does anyone know if you have a choice?

In Fable III you start out as the son or daughter of the Fable II hero.

I think there still will be a choice in gender.

and how do you get only daughters?
My bigamist has 9 children total only 2 were girls

One of the books in the game did actually mention how you could conceive either a girl or a boy. It was something about a specific time of the day.. I've tried it the time I wanted a girl and it did work.

btw i couldnt be bothered to keep having children they are too much effort. i prefer killing things.

and anyway i read on another post that it is set 60 afters fable 2 meaning its ur characters in fable 2 grandson/daughter

I just loved them when they we're babies, in their crib

How can you say I'm obsessed I only said there was a book in Fable 2 that was called "becoming a parent", where it says how and when you could conceive either a boy or a girl for they who wondered about that.. That's why I called it research and not picky, I only read the book because I wanted both girls and boys in the game.

I read the book also but I never knew what time was ''dawn'' and what time was ''dusk''

You could just have Google it or search for it on Wikipedia. Dusk=is the beginning of darkness in the evening, and occurs after twilight. Dawn=is the time that marks the beginning of the twilight before sunrise.

Even so, the kids in the game are annoying as hell. Anyhow you can play as either boy or girl, plus Peter Molyneux can't your child this and that, so it's easier to put in terms of his and hers.

I did that.
Still, I didn't know when to do it since Fable III clock times were in PM and AM.
Since I'm Dutch, I'm not familiar with those terms
Just tried to concentrate on the colour of the sky..

It's easy to understand am and pm, am is morning so from midnight to noon and pm is noon to midnight

It's ok, cause in fable 2 to get the legendary weapons from the temple's you had to donate/scarifie at certain times from the most points/rewards

I see.. Just think of it like this. AM=After midnight (from 24:00-11:59) and PM=Past morning (from 12:00-23:59)

Well AM and PM don't actually stand for those, but it's a good memory thing to keep track of what one is what.

Real meanings:
AM = ante meridiem
PM = post meridiem

Meridiem being the middle of the day, and ante talking about the time before that, and post the time after it. As a final note about AM and PM... 12 AM is actually midnight, and 12 PM is noon. Some people find this to be confusing because if you count the AM or PM hours in order it goes like this: 12 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11. For many the 12 in the start seems backward and incorrect, but that's the way it is.
