Stuck on amy's mission!!

Hi everyone - I know her missions are easy, but I'm just after getting to 80% and I just can't find the Egg Carrier crash site is! I know I just have to fight zero and I finish. I just did a mission in what I thought was the egg Carrier and when I go through the only door that opens I end up outside the big tunnel and can't get back in!

From what it sounds like, you need to take one of the boats to go back to the Egg Carrier & then go to the large, round area where you fight Chaos 6.

Are you in Mission Mode or Amy's actual story?

You need to get back to the Mystic Ruins train station. The ground floor entrance takes you to a wooden boat you can ride to the Egg Carrier
