please could anyone comfirm weather finishing mission 9 with A+ for all levels and sub missions to the exception of mission 3 completion score will hinder me unlocking all outfits and emblems.please HELP!!!!

You can still get the emblems and outfits, even if your completion or overall score is not A+ yet.
