Difference between these achievements and DLC?

What's the difference between the actual Anniversary game and the DLC Anniversary for Legends? Is the game any different between the two, and also if I were to buy the actual game would that count towards the DLC Legends achievements?

Nope,no difference just more achievements and it doesent count toward the dlc.
