The MP-55D3 is unlocked after beating the Iraq mission automatically. I have heard that some people were having problems with it glitching try going back through it from the select mission option at the menus

The AK unlocks automatically after beating the Russian embassy mission in CO-OP

yes the G36C can be picked if no other weapon is picked up in the mission. But picking it up doesnt unlock. completing certain missions does this

Then there is no point in listing it in that mission. seen as the only time you see it is right at the end, and there is no1 to use it on. and it doesnt unlock it.

I looked for the G363 on Kobin's Mansion but I didn't find it, all the henchmen were packing M500, Desert Eagle and Skorpion.

I am about to try the Iraq lvl again and see if merely picking up the AK-47 there will unlock it...

[UPDATE] Nope that didn't work. I suspect these last two weapons can be earned in the CO-OP and other modes.

OK, mystery solved. The two missing weapons AKS-74U and the AK-47 can be unlocked on the first and second levels of the CO-OP campaign.

This has probably been posted several times elsewhere on these boards. Hooray for redundancy!

I'm pretty sure you get the G36 at the end of the Michigan Ave Reservoir mission, not the White House mission.

Not True! considering the facts, A i have the strategy guide and B it unlocked after the white house mission for me. Unless for some reason you got lucky and urs glitched some how

I got my Weapon Collector achievement after beating Michigan Ave and had not progressed anywhere after that level. I only beat 3 cooperative missions as well. Maybe the gun unlocks in a cooperative level as well.

Well there are only two missions in co op that unlock weapons. And maybe for some reason ur achievement glitched this game has been known for that.

Strat guides arent always 100% correct. Ive bought many guides that have had incorrections

And i know what i saw, and that was the weapon collector acheev popped for him at the end of Michigan Ave. Reservoir

And the achievement is not glitched it's just that people unlock the guns earlier than others. Because they actually picked it up and stored it.

I played through the entire game for 2 times now, (normal and realistic) but there are still 3 weapons missing in my vault.

1. AK 47
2. AKS-74U
3. The bigger MP (don't know the correct name) beneath the SKORPION

Can anyone of you tell me where they can be found?

They unlock automatically after each single and co op mission , I got the achievo without having to purposfully looking for them

HERE IS HOW TO GET BOTH AK's IN JUST FEW EASY SECONDS!!!!! I registered on this site just to answer this question lol here is how you get both AK's VERY easily. You MUST be in Co-op but don't need another player-just the controller plugged in. Go to the Co-op STORY. Pick RUSSIAN EMBASSY. PICK THE ROOFTOP CHAPTER. ROOKIE DIFFICULTY. The 1st guys you kill will have the AKs. Pick them up after you kill them and that's it! The reason you want this level is because you can kill the guys and not worry about failing the mission if you get detected like you do in the 1st chapter and you can do it without another player and it's in the very beginning of the level so you don't have to run around and do anything. I did this. It's stupid easy. Got the achievement. Follow this and you WILL get them VERY QUICKLY AND VERY EASILY. THERE'S NO EASIER WAY! P.S. You're welcome
FYI- the AK47 has a 4x scope upgrade. 55-round extended clip upgrade and extended range ammo. Cannot be silenced (which would be as close to a sniper rifle as we could get and be bad ass lol)-and only has 2 mark max.
The AKS-74U has reflex sight (+1 mark to make it 3) Laser sight. And Hollow Point ammo. Meh.
Personally-I think you can Dominate any Deniable Op with the 5-7 for max marks and the MP5-SD3 for "sniping" with it's silencer-it dominates. About to test out this AK47's 4x scope. I know Splinter is all about up close take downs, but I would LOVE to have a sniper rifle. Imagine a mark/execute with that! Can't wait for Blacklist! VSS Vintorez and SR-25. Hell Yeah!
