Step 1: Adventure Mode Simply play through adventure mode. This will unlock Home Land Security. This should take a few hours to complete. Soil Your Plants and Crash of the Titan will unlock during your playthrough aswell. Remember once you have unlocked the chomper to go for Nom Nom Nom, and to also go for Close Shave once you have got all 5 lines of the lawn, as these are easily done once they first become available as there is no level select to choose the easier levels. You should also try to get Explodonator while you play through advneture mode. Step 2: Versus Mode You will need another controller to complete Versus vs Versus and ZFF's 4 Evr. This shouldnt take too long to complete Step 3: Farming Cash You will now want to try and earn enough cash to grow the Tree of Wisdom and to buy all plants from Crazy Dave. You will need a total of $345500 to unlock all plants and buy the Tree of Wisdom, the tree food and all the 9 plants. The best way to farm cash is play the Last Stand mini game, however to unlock this mode you will need to complete 13 of the mini games. Follow this video for an easy way to make cash quickly: (is done on PC but the same principles apply) [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GjAhk8Viyds]YouTube- How to easily earn $8000+ in Plants vs Zombies!!! (no luck involved!)[/ame] This method should take you anywhere from 5-10hrs to get enough cash to buy everything. However while playing you will get alot of plants for your zen garden. If you check on the plants there and sell them once they reach $8000 (or $3000 if they are pool plants/mushrooms) It will take you between 3-5 hours to get enough cash to buy all the plants and tree food. Alternatively you can grind plants for your Zen Garden. Once you have a full set of 32 plants, you can disconnect your console from Xbox LIVE and change the date to the next day, so you don't have to wait until you can water/seed your plants again. After changing the date 3-4 times, I've reached the final stage. Now you could farm coins, which are dropped by the plants or you could just sell all of them in order to gain about 240,000 bucks. Step 4: Survival Mode This will take the longest to do. You will first need to unlock Endless Survival, which is done by completing all the other survival challenges. Once these are done you will then need then reach flag 40 of Endless Survival. http://hubpages.com/hub/Plants-Vs-Zombies-Survival-Endless-200-Flags-and-Beyond shows some good was of getting upto wave 40 and beyond. Conclusion You should now have all the achievements for PvZ. However there are still loads more to do in this game, such as challenges, zen garden, minigames, find the Zombie Yeti etc. Achievement Guide http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/achievements/1160/+HrM8w==.jpgHome Lawn Security 25http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/site/gp-g.jpg Complete adventure mode This is done by playing through the adventure mode. There are 5 zones each with 10 parts; Is in the garden during the day Is in the garden during the night Is in the pool area during the day Is in the pool area during the night and fog Is on the roof, with wave 10 being against the boss These are all pretty straight forward to complete. Just choose the plants depending on what zombies are appearing and then you should have no problem in completing this mode. It can be done with 2 players playing through adventure mode. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/achievements/1160/--kuvw==.jpgClose Shave 15http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/site/gp-g.jpg Win any level after all 5 lawnmowers have been used As soon as you have 5 parts of the lawn in adventure mode, (i think its the 3rd wave) let the first zombie on each row walk to the end and activate the lawn mower. Once a lawnmower has been destroyed you should then start to build on that row to protect it. Dont worry about your plants being destoryed as the lawmower doesnt affect them. You will first encounter a Gargantuar on the Roof levels. If you are struggling to defeat a Gargantuar then try and have the chilli and cherry bomb as you will need to hit it twice to kill it. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/achievements/1160/-dgnCg==.jpgNom Nom Nom 10http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/site/gp-g.jpg Stop the horde using only the Sunflower, Wallnut, and Chomper on any level Easiest to do when you first unlock the Chomper while playing through the story mode. Just build sunflowers on the back two rows then have chompers in the two rows in front with a Wall-Nut in front of them. If your chomper is taking to long to eat the zombie then you can dig it up and build another one where it was to restore it back to its original state ready to eat more zombies. Heres a Video guide to show you how to do it: [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FHwutbdjm9M]YouTube - Plants vs Zombies: Nom Nom Nom Achievement Guide[/ame] If you missed out on doing this when you first unlocked the chomper you can also do this easily on level 1-1 of your 2nd playthrough of Adventure mode or on Survival Day. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/achievements/1160/+7s91Q==.jpgExplodonator 20http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/site/gp-g.jpg Blast 10 zombies at once with a Cherry Bomb! I found that the easiest way to do this was to have Cherry Bombs attached and wait till a huge wave of zombies appeared. Then place this is the middle of a large group, Hopefully ten zombies will be in this. If not just try again. Shouldnt take too long to do. If you havent managed to get this in your playthrough of Adventure mode you can do it in versus mode. Make sure you have enough cash for a cherry bomb, and the person who is controlling the zombies has enough to call in 10 zombies. Then call in 10 zombies an plant the cherry in the middle. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/achievements/1160/+13Y-Q==.jpgShopaholic 10http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/site/gp-g.jpg Go trunk diving and spend at least $25,000 on Crazy Dave's Twiddydinkies Will be obtained by the time you purchase all plants. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/achievements/1160/+r0gbg==.jpgMaster of Morticulture 25http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/site/gp-g.jpg Collect all 49 plants in the game For this you will need to have all 49 plant. 40 are unlocked through the adventure mode while the other 9 are bought from Crazy Daves Shop. The Imitater counts as a plant. These 9 plants will cost you $98000. Edited September 12, 2010 by MopFlop

Once you have completed adventure mode, the tree of wisdom is bought from crazy dave for $10,000. where it will then be located in the Zen Garden. You will then need to feed it tree of wisdom food. Each packet you feed it will raise its height by 1ft. Therefore you will need to purchase 100 packets. You start of with 5 so you will need to have $237,500 to purchase 95 more packets. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/achievements/1160/+yLEGg==.jpgVersus vs Versus 15http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/site/gp-g.jpg Go on a 5 game winning streak in VS. mode Load up Versus mode with a 2nd controller. You will first need to unlock Survival Endless which is done by doing all the other survival challenges first. Once you do this you will need to last till wave 40. The video below shows someone getting to flag 76+ Just watch it carefully and follow the same principles and it hopefully should take too long to complete [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GClKWyNeOso]YouTube - Plants vs Zombies Survival Endless Flag 76 and Beyond[/ame] Just to note you need to die once you have 40+ flags for the achievement to unlock. Also If you dont want to use cob cannons, for whatever reason, you can try this setup. Just remember to use Spikerock for all the zombonis. Thanks to Brambledamble for this setup. http://s1.hubimg.com/u/1428272_f520.jpg Thanks to TRICKY1976 for finding the video guides for Nom Nom Nom and Close Shave Thanks to T0b3 for the Grinding Zen garden trick Thanks to Son of Lies for the Explodonator trick If there is anything wrong with this guide or you have found a better way to do an achievement just let me know and ill fix the problem/add in the better way Also that is my first attempt at a road map and guide so any feedback will be grateful Edited January 11, 2011 by MopFlop
Azn Playah
I found explodonator easiest to do in stage 1-10. It's one of those levels where you get a scrolling bar of seeds and tons of zombies. Just store up a few cherry bombs and use them when there's a nice big bunch. If you have problems getting them into large enough groups before your plants kill them, feel free to dig up some peashooters since the cherry bomb will kill everything anyways. lovemetal423
the video you have for farming cash doesn't really apply to the xbla version of the game due to there not being any sunflowers to get all those plants. it takes a lot of sun to do that and the levels aren't nearly long enough to earn all the sun and plant that much to make enough. I would say just playing through adventure mode and/or walnut bowling are a good way. I get anywhere from $1,000-1,500 on each level in the first set of adventure mode on the second playthrough and about the same in walnut bowling. edit: actually, i just noticed that it is in last stand mode but i havent seen that in the xbox version yet. i might have missed it. AwoL DudE
Nice guide!!! Found the Explodonater was easily done in the mini-game water level where all the zombies are tiny and you are given loads of cherry bombs automatically. Will check on the name of the level later. koopakiller64
Here is an easier way to get the Versus vs Versus achievement: Set the game up as usual, then have the 2nd player hit start and click on "Consent" (it means give up), repeat it 5 times and the achievement is yours. EDIT: I forgot if the word is "Consent" or "Concede". I'll look it up later to confirm it. Edited September 10, 2010 by koopakiller64
Kn0kkelmann
I have a little tip for that "Nom Nom Nom" Cheevo... If you couldn' make it on your first playthrough you can do it on the second. It drives me nuts that there are waaay more zombies sneakin' trough your bushes. Still...it' possible but there is a way to get that much faster and without smashing your pad on the wall.... After you beat the final Boss you unlocked the "Survival-Mode". Just pick that Mode, start the first Level (Daytime), pick your Sunflower, Wall-Nut and the Snapper start the game as it mentioned here before. You won't even have to finish the whole Level to let the Cheevo pop up. After the first "Last Wave" it will be your's...
T0b3
Just a tip: Farming money is way quicker this way: Don't grind money, grind plants for your Zen Garden. Just about enough to grow the tree of wisdom to more than 100 meters.

Goblikon
And in regards to farming cash, this method is far more effective, http://twitpic.com/4z1sb. You get more marigolds and the zombies don't get to the pumpkins as fast.
KIDDRAGON67
Couple tips, for Explodinator. Plant Wallnuts on the stage where the zombies are small since they come out faster. Once a large wave comes in, in the first 5 seconds theirs about 12-15 zombies to be killed if you plant a cherry bomb in between the pool and top/bottom row of lawn. For the Versus vs Versus, I set up 2 controls and I played as zombies since they only need one to get through. Make sure you select the standard 25 point zombie and send him off straight away and once he takes care of the lawn mower send off a Football zombie since he runs the fastest. Should'nt take longer than 5 minutes that way.
Gurkan
Hello Everyone, I became a member five minutes ago. However, I have visited the site and the forum for 1 year. So ... This is my first post, and I want to say thanks for this great guide that helped me a lot. But right now I'm seriously depressed,I played Survival: Endless for over two hours and failed at flag 39 .. One more wave and I would have 100% .. You must excuse my English, im from Sweden and we have no good English teachers. Murgatroyd7
Don't worry, we don't have good English teachers in America either. And I feel your pain; I just went through 38 flags almost completely unscathed, only to be obliterated on the 39th. Can you get the 40 rounds achievement in the co op endless survival? You know, I didn't even realize that there is a Co-op Endless. I wouldn't be surprised if it works. My wife and I will try it out in the next day or so. I'm sure she'll be happy to give it a shot; she thinks I've been hogging up the game. Heh. Edited September 12, 2010 by Murgatroyd7
