There is a playboy magazine, when u first go to the docks to get a job, the bodyguard drops it after he tells you to follow him..right next to the door that shuts after you exit the office.

That collectable you have listed for the Collector's Item achievement is the 3rd one. The first one is in Chapter 2 when you get to Joe's apartment. He leaves it on his coffee table.

I got Get Rich or Die Flyin' outside of Derek's. There is a ramp that goes up and curves to the right. I used my starting car with one upgrade (provided for free from Joe). I just backed up a good ways, not even as far as I could have gone and gunned it up straight up the ramp and got it.

You can work on them basically anytime when you are walking around the city. It is basically free roam, you don't HAVE TO go to your next objective on the map. It's just there so you don't get lost.

For the Pedal to the Medal achievement, this is what I did.
After fighting the greasers, when you have to take their 34 Smith Hot Rod to Derek, I went and got it upgraded twice. After upgrading it twice it is very easy to go 125 mph

NOT IT WONT ^^. i got caught . So i didn`t get the achievement !

For the Wake Up Call Achievement, I'm just going to say what I did and I need clarification before progressing the story. I don't want to advance too far only to have to start the level over again.

But I chose to hide inside of a closet and there was a cutscene after that. Then after that cutscene I drove to the train station and continued on with the story. I just need clarification if anyone did this and got the Wake Up Call Achievement?

You can also just drive to the highway/overpass with the flimsy metal guardrails and drive at a decent speed off the road and through the rails, you will fly over 20 meters and land pretty easily.

if you dont get the achievement *pop* as you enter a car and drive to the train station with the old man you will not get it. You have to go outside on the balcony and after that get a towel from the bath.Then it will pop.

You must go to the laundry room (on the second floor, in front of the washroom where you find the playboy magazine) and grab bed sheets. a cut scene will follow and you will escape unnoticed.

you have to use the sheets to climb out the window.

Stuck Up is very easy...

find an area where there are a lot of stores (gas station, clothing store, gun store) (gun store will have resistance so stick to clothing/gas stations)

Walk into the store. Walk up near cash register, and press (B). This will push he clerk, meaning you're robbing it. Then hit (X) near register and you'll steal cash.
Get into your car, and drive to next place.
Rinse and repeat those steps and do it within 5 min. and you'll get it.

**Edit: I could do a video if that doesn't seem clear enough.**
