ok this will be an achievement guide for anyone else like me who wants to know how to get the achievments fior defeating arms forts and and tips on hard. the guide is subject to change anything i miss i will gladly add. also this guide will be the first ive done so no harse comments. also i know its not finishede but im really busy at the moment and will update when i can.

armored core: for answer

Chapter 1 20 Awarded for completing Chapter 1



*This is story related achievement and cant be missed*.
You should get it after beating either AF cabracan or AF spirit of motherwill.


Chapter 2 20 Awarded for completing Chapter 2


*This is story related achievement and cant be missed*. you get this after beating either mission defeat white glint or defend line ark.


Chapter 3 20 Awarded for completing Chapter 3

*This is story related achievement and cant be missed*. you should get this after completing either defend arteria carpals or attack on arteria carpalswhich can only be done by completing mission 30 destroy afrteria ulna.


Ending 1 40 Awarded for completing story(1)

getting this ending is quite simple to get this ending simply complete defeat white glint and never do destroy arteria ulna or other missions in chapter 3 which are introduced by orca and you should get it.

AF Land Crab 20 Awarded for defeating AF Land Crab

you get this achievement on chapter 1 mission attack on richland and you face af land crab and a few little enemy normals. my friend yin o guns has a series of youtube vids on each arms fort and tactics for them.
AF Soldios Orbit 20 Awarded for defeating AF Soldios Orbit

you get this achievement by first completing mission red rum and starka then you get a shot at fighting af sol dios in the mission after defeat unidentified af.

AF Stigro 20 Awarded for defeating AF Stigro
you get this achievement after completing missions- rescue GA transport,attack on pa-n51. you then have to complete defeat af stigro.

AF Eclipse 20 Awarded for defeating AF Eclipse

you can get this achievement by completing rescue ga transport then complete 2 other missions to unlock defend megalis which when completed you unlock this achievement.

AF Cabracan 20 Awarded for defeating AF Cabracan
you fight af cabracan at the end of chapter 1 you must complete the following to unlock it as the final mission attack on naval port of mimir, ambush sphere invasion forces and attack on richland.

AF The Spilit of Motherwill 20 Awarded for defeating AF The Spilit of Motherwill

as far as im aware you can never miss going against motherwill at the end of chapter 1 so complete defeat spirit of motherwill and you should get it.

AF Great Wall 20 Awarded for defeating AF Great Wall

to get to great wall you must complete defeat unknown next on chapter 2 then you unlock defeat af greatwall then you should unlock this achievement.

AF Jet 20 Awarded for defeating AF Jet

to get to af jet you must follow the league path and go against orca later in the guide i will explain this more. for now once you follow the leagues path you will unlock the mission dfeat orcas special af unit which is af jet but unlike others there is 3 of them. once this missions complete your achievement will unlock.

AF Answerer 20 Awarded for defeating AF Answerer

you get this achievment by following the orca path and completing defend anti sattelite cannons and then you unlock defeat af answerer. complete that mission to unlock the achievement.

Normal Difficulty 20 Awarded for completing all Normal Missions

to unlock this achievement complete every mission once to unlock some of them are missable i reccomend looking at the ac for answer mission tree to see ones you have missed.

Hard Difficulty 20 Awarded for completing all Hard Missions

hard difficulty is very diffrent like for example on defeat white glint once defeated white glint revives and comes back. one usefull tip i found was completing unknown next and no count on hard which has an extra enemy when completed you unlock vertical kojima missles i have found usefull throughout the game. also use weapons your good with and stick with weapons you find familiar and easy to use personally i use gatling cannons and vertical kojima missles for hard.

Going to assume that the rest of this never got done? A link on the road map to that SS Guide would be nice. I keep forgetting where I found it and I don't frequent the forums much... Off to hunt it down again I guess.

Good guide. I am getting ready to start this soon and have been putting it off because there is not much information regarding the achievements anywhere. This will help get me started. Thanks.
