Charms Right side dungeon SIP

Hey all,

I freed the SIP (My last 1 that would also give me all the golden bricks) in the Devil Snare in the channel beneath the chained dogs, however it didnt pop up that I had freed it & it just stands there motionless like its froze.

Any thoughts on how to fix this aside from restarting from a new save?

Did you get past the dogs into the next area? Maybe try bringing all of your other characters up past the last obstacles (mine wouldn't move up on their own, kept getting knocked off by the devil's snare hitting them through the grates in the floor). I don't know if any of this will help, but it's the only ideas I can think of.
