Can I get banned?

Hey, anyone know if i can get banned in any way, shape or form (from XBL) for buying this from the UK, as it's not out in AUS yet?

i buy a ton of games from teh UK because they are cheaper and im in australia

meh, whos on the cover really doesn't bother me.

this was the first thing iv'e ever bought of ebay, or the internet for that matter. so i think i will be buying alot of my games off ebay, save around $20 or more. mine should be here sometime next week.

anyone know how long it takes for the bank to actually do all the processing shit they need to do before paypal can send the money ? it says it should be done by the 20th (tommoro), is it usually done on time?
