Network Issues

Okay, so me and a friend have been trying to do Ranked Matches together, we have tried Quick and Custom Matches at the same time and almost every time, we sit there while it says matching with no result. Occasionally we have run into other players, but we haven't run into each other since we got the game and played then. Anyways, I was wondering if anyone has an explanation for this? Or could help in some way?


Also, what's with the Noel spammers that use that 'Super Silencer' thing?

I don't know but I am sick of waiting several minutes for one match.

Use Custom Match. It displays a list of all the people searching in Custom Match at the same time as you, so you can pick your fights.

They probably saw some people online/on YouTube doing the Haida Loop and think that they can do it too.

It's a big part of her combo structure in CS, but just throwing it out randomly isn't gonna do anything. =/

...For Ranked? Because if so, then I'm definitely missing something here.

I haven't actually tried out the Network Mode in CS, but there were Custom Matches in Ranked in CT. They don't actually let you customize the match, they just let you pick stuff like regions to search in. If you just search for Any it'd show all the players, so yeah.

Nope. That's one thing they changed in CS that wasn't in CT. The reason for this is so that players can't back out of games until they get their "boosting partner" or "friend". All the PSR and the ranked matches will be randomly assigned and you cannot leave unless you dashboard or reboot console.

My advice is that if you want to play with your friend, go to Player Matches.

if you dashboard u still get an incomplete wich it sucks

Ah well. Personally I just liked being able to choose from people similar to my level since I never found Quick Match to be very fair. You could also avoid people that have done shady things in previous matches. It's nice that it can't be boosted now, though.

^ I agree with that. i remember when I was trying to get 200 trials when I picked quick match I would get like level 70 people and get my butt totally kicked >.< With custom match I could pick people more around my level so I at least had a chance of winning the match XD

not if they dashboard on the matching screen bcuz they have a poor signal

Well I don't play ranked matches for fun, I'm only playing those for achievements, so I spam in matches and use beginner mode. If I'm cheap, then that's too bad, I don't like Blazblue for it's online I like it for it's storyline.
