Why Didn't They Think Of This Achievement?

With the brutal achievements Neversoft liked to do with these games, that you not only can't get on just a regular playthrough, but that they purposely set up so that will be grinding in order to get, I'm surprised there wasn't one more song-title-based achievement called:

The Grind - 50
Get all other achievements up to this one.

I'd like that achievement with a grind-heavy RPG. It would fit.
