For those that did not beat all 25 Enclave

If you finished the game but did not get the 25/25 Enclave groups beaten, here is how you can do it:

Go to the map and use the directional pad to move left or right to cycle through the different parts. Find the Enclave missions. Pick one and just beat it and the guys that spawn to defend the building. I was at 22/25. Did this 3 times and the upgrade unlocked.
