Coronation Help??

So, I heard there was a patch and decided to re-rent this game. I used my original save, got to the KOT and beat Duke, no cheevo?

Has anyone confirmed that you need to start a new player/save or am I just unlucky?

I ask because I've gone back FOUR times and only get the option to play Duke and maybe it will only unlock when playing King for the 1st time???

Of my 5,000+ cheeves, I really want this one and its pissing me off, any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Did you play the KoT prior to the patch being released? - if you did there is unfortunately no way to unlock the achievement.

As I understand the patch will only work if you have not played the KoT at any stage previously.

You can try removing your gamesave from your xbox and starting from scratch - but I am sure this doesnt work also.

If you go over to the VT forums over at SEGA there is a lot of people complaining about this exact thing.

Also, if you chose to be a woman in the world tour you cant unlock the 'To be this good takes SEGA' achievement as it does not issue you with all the clothing required.

Yea, I figured that, but I had seen some posts where players used their original save and then played the tourney. That's what I did and no luck. I will NOT start a new player, F this game.
