Where is the cake?

I have this game through gamefly so I don't have a manual. Can someone give me the cake locations. Thanks all

You've got to play on Lv 3 to get access to the cakes.

Chapter 2 Verse 2: Graveyard, kill the Troll for a Small Cake
Chapter 3 Verse 1: Port Town, kill both Trolls for 2 Small Cakes
Chapter 3 Verse 2: The Swamp Wastes, destroy Jitterbug's Car for the final Cake

Actually, at level 3, Jitterbugs car holds a Magic Pick up. If you play on all level 3, and you need one more, just fight Jitterbug without a bomb.
