New glitch?

I just been trying to ply mp but had really bad lag.
Anyway after a couple of searches i go to a loading screen and after a while it puts me bacl onto a smaller menu with the options
Xbox live
Leaderboards
Friends

But i cant move select or o back

I had to go to dashboard to fix it.
It jus happened again
But as i was typing this it randonly put me into a lobby after a few mins of not being able to choose an option

Same thing here. Many annoying issues with this game.
