Track and Field


Good Form 10

Complete a legal jump in the Long Jump event with an elevation of exactly 45 degrees.

Very easy achievement. You will unlock it after a few attempts.
For set degrees of angel, you should hold "A" button when you jump!
Notice that achievement would not unlock after "FOUL!".


Consistent Throwing 10

Complete three consecutive throws over 65 meters in the Javelin Throw event.

Another easy achievement. When you reach Javelin throws challenge, just try to avoid "FOUL!s" and you will get it without any problems.
For help, see my method of how to hold gamepad below.


Super Sprinter 10

Complete the 100 Meter Dash in less than 10 seconds.

Easy again. You just need a little practice for it.
Achievement will be unlocked after a few attempts.
If you cant get it, see below for help.


Fast Track 15

Beat your opponent by more than a second in the 110 Meter Hurdles event.

Not easy, but not hard too. You can do it legal, or online with friend!
For help, again, see below.


Legendary Leaper 15
Jump longer than 9 meters in the Long Jump event.

Well, it is not easy.
For this achievement you need to run fast, and jump about 43-47 degrees, and near the beyond of "FOUL!".
Advise in it: practice, practice, and practice!


Big Thrower 15
Throw the javelin further than 80 meters.

Easy. After some practice you will throw the javelin on 85 meters easily!
Run fast, try to avoid "FOUL!s" (Here it is better to not risk
!), and try to throw javelin with about 45 degrees angel.
(If you throw the javelin about 50, it is better then 40!)


Speedy Jumper 15

Complete the 110 Meter Hurdles event in less than 12 seconds.

Well, it is not achievement which can be easily inlocked.
The main reason of bad time results, it is, certainly - obstades.
So, It is necessary for you will learn to jump in time.
And, certainly, you should run fast. For help in it, see below.


Bird Catcher 15

Spear a bird!

When you reach Javelin throws challenge, just throw it as high, as you can.
If Javelin will fly high enough, so you will not see it, javelin will spear a bird and achievement will be unlocked.
It is a famous thing for all Old-School gamers!


1st Place 20

Complete the first 6 events and be in 1st place.

For this achievement you should complete the game with a good results in each event.
Good enough, good enough, that you have won first place.
It is actually not hard, just complete the game, and be sure - you will get it!


Hercules 20

Hurl the hammer further than 90.00 meters.

It is a hardest achievement in my opinion.
Hard, because this in itself not easy event.
Well, practice - the main word of this game! (Just like in real sport!)
This is adviсe from Bounty Bob:
This is actually a really easy achievement once you know the technique.
Ignore everything but the power bar and then release the hammer when the power is half way through the last segment.
It will take a few goes to get the feel but once you've got it, those big distances are easy.
At the speed it goes, an angle from about 40-50 will probably do the necessary.


Human Spring 25

Clear a 2.38 meter jump in the High Jump event.

Its mean: "Complete the High Jump Event."
Not hard, you only will learn to choose the moment of jump.
If you have any troubles with it, use adviсe of Bounty Bob:
Tap the button when you are near the bar and your man will rise nearly vertically.
It must be a very brief tap for an angle as close to 90 as possible.
Then as your man reaches the top of his jump, use the jump button to move him over.
Don't hold it down but press it strategically to move him over to avoid his bum or feet hitting the bar.
For even bigger jumps, using the run buttons after the initial press of jump will make your man rise even higher.


Perfection 30

Qualify on every individual attempt in the first 6 events.

Well, i think you understand, that it is most difficult achievement?
Each of your attempts should be good enough, to past qualification.
At least, this game is not long. You will get it with practice.
NOTE: Achievement CAN NOT be unlocked online!

Maybe, at the beginning it will seem to you inconvenient but when you get used, you will understand that so to play much better, especially if you wonna have good results in events.

Very nice. I just sent one to P1N, too :P. Never mind. I hold the controller very similarly, except I hold it 90 degrees more to the left.

Can you help me with the high jump please? I looked on youtube and found to do a tight angle as you're about to it it and then adjust the angle.

LOL who is playin the game a wrinkly ol' witch .. or an alien .. Just Buggin ya .. i do it old school and mash the button i don't wanna mess up my analog stick doing that crazy wack wack back and forth motion!!

cause the buttons are easier to fix then then analog stick ..

can anyone confirm this? I guess i will try it when i get off work and update this post. Are you saying u can use the strum/ pick up to run or just dpad on it?

Strum is natively UP/DOWN input on the guitar controller, that's how you navigate the menus...

I think the strum bar is the d-pad/analogue stick, and if it can only move up and down, then it won't move side to side. The frets may work, but why would you want to use them?

You can only get this on a legal throw. A foul will not spear the bird.

I'm sure everyone has their own way of holding the controller so they can be comfortable holding it while wiggling or mashing buttons. I managed to unlock Super Sprinter and Big Thrower just now.

I hold the controller against my chest at 90 degrees with the left stick at the bottom. When it comes time to run I wiggle the stick left and right (up and down, of course), but sort of concentrate on not pushing the stick all the way to its edge. Stay within the middle and hit the Action button when you need to. I just can't seem to fill the last two Speed bars.

jeez i thought i wouldnt get any achievements for this game because i dint know how to use the thumb stick but know i am and im struggling to get 1st place, the high jump sucks but other than that i cant get the 9m jump in long jump

I managed to do 9m jump yd m8 it just takes practice and wee bit of luck with timing. Basically just run as fast as you can then you have to jump as close to the fault line as you possibly can I mean a fraction b4 then get a angle of about 45-47 degrees and you should just make it.

Awesome guide

Using the Hammer guide I managed a throw of 90m on my first go to finish my 200/200 for this game

The hammer is horrible. I'm using the recommendation of pressing A when it's in the middle of the last bar but it seems to be a 10% chance that it will actually throw forward. Many times it's exactly in the middle and throws straight back, other times I'm a millisecond to late and it misses by going out of bounds. It seems like total luck, just don't understand how this is supposed to work. Very frustrating.

Great guide. The tip about using the thumbstick for sprinting works brilliantly and having struggled for ages on the hammer throw, I got Hercules first time using the 'half of last bar' method. The only thing that's preventing me getting the rest of the achievements is that damn high jump! I can clear the initial height but then screw up royally every time.
