Question about gold medal achievement

I know the achievement description days you have to unlock all the gold medals in the "My VT" list, but does that mean ALL the medals on that list, or just the gold ones?

All the medals have gold versions.

if you have unlocked a bronze medal, keep doing what it says and it will eventually go silver and than if you keep going it will get gold.
