I was playing one of the rage modes where you have to block off the doors. Well I blocked off all the doors and was about to kill my last person when I acidently shot and blew up the car that was next to me and when the game re-loaded I was in here:

Every time It loads now it loads here, Kinda sucks coz I was doing my Ultra Hard Play through

I had a glitch where I was sliding under an enemies legs and I got pushed under the map.
