DLC weapons?

I read another thread about using Megaman w special DLC weapons but I don't see them in the market place. Can someone please explain?

After you beat the boss in each Special Stage DLC you earn a new weapon.

Are they very hard to defeat? I'm playing on easy right now and it feels "too easy" but I doubt "normal" would be very easy considering 9.

Since the 3 Special Stages are in the time attack section, all 3 are "Normal" difficulty. Enker is kind of a bitch for Special Stage 1, since you don't get an Energy Tank during the stage. 2 and 3 do give you a tank, though. They're easy enough once you get some practice in.

Also, each of the RM Killers are weak to another's weapons (just like regular RMs) so that helps too.
