online still running ?
hey guys i heard that ea shut down online for mercs 2 which sucks cos i wanted to buy it again. are the severs still running ? and is there any news on a mercs 3 ?

Servers are only closed for the PC version of the game. Xbox 360 version is still up and running. And there hasn't been any news on a Mercenaries sequel for quite some time. I think the last time was in 2010 and it sounded like it was still in the works.

Just FYI for onlookers, middle of March 2013 the online servers are still up and running, spent the night playing for a while with a friend.
