Deal of the week - worth getting?

is this arcade game worth getting for the 240MSP? can you still get 200/200 without having the nba 2k10 retail game? Reads like so in the achievement guide.

I bought this morning, the achievement are easy and you dont need nba 2K10 to get 200/200.

are all achievements still obtainable then? i dont want to buy it and then end up not able to the all because of some time-period sort of achievement.
