Amateur, Pro, Test Drive, Track Tester *Car and track list*
Hopefully this helps somebody
Download CT3 Tracks and Cars.pdf for free on uploading.com A full list of tracks/ circuits and cars. The fastest way to get the related achievements is to race each track with a different vehicle, trying to win each. Then you will be left with 20 ish vehicles, just race on the shortest track (2km) to collect a few more wins.

 Edit: Not that it needs it as this game has like 5 threads but maybe a sticky if this forum ever gets crowded....u have my vote anyways
