extinguisted written walkthrough for 100% skill and cunning BIG SPOILER !!!!
the video walkthrough is okay but it has lots of mistakes and does not give you the achievements, maybe this is easier.
keep in mind that you must check quickly without mistakes, so save a lot and check the stats often that it is still 100%, if not, then reload your last save and try again.
save extra while trying the fingerprints, use only 3 points to search, do not use 5 points, check which one is the right one, then reload, set the same search points and you can give the answer in less then a few seconds.
(sorry for my english, not allways so good)

go to crime scene;
- check generator;
take liquid from generator with swap tool
take paste from generator with collection tool
take blood sample from generator
- check bottle on floor;
take liquid sample with swap tool
- check grate at the wall
- ask the dokter all questions (the guy that stands at the crime scene and who called the police)

go to lab;
chemical;
- check liquid on generator; search
take solution; 3-5-6-8
- check paste from generator; search
take solution; 2-4-5-8
- check unknown chemical from jug; search
take solution 3-6-8
dna;
- check bloodsample from generator; search
take solution 2

go to levasque home;
ask all questions to ms levasque, if there are more options, take the one on the right side, just continue until there are no more questions left.

go to garage;
you'll see a machine inside a plastic space.
turn the machine on and leave it for now.

go to brass;
ask him to get lyle to the office
give brass evidence; blood on generator
ask lyle all questions

go to morgue;
ask the doktor everything
swap around the mouth
use collection tool at the left wrist
check bag with pil in it;
swap liquid on pil
use collection tool on white powder

go to lab;
chemical;
- check makeup; search
take solution; 2-5
- check stain from victims wrist; evidence match
match with caulk on generator
- check fluid from pil victims esophagus; search
take solution; 2-4-6
- check powder from pil victims esophagus; search
take solution 1-7-8
dna;
- check fluid from pil victims wrist; evidence match
match with lyle's blood sample on generator
microscope;
- check pil; set it on 60, make it clear and slide a bit with the pil until the number becomes visible
medical database;
- check the number of the pil

go to morgue;
- ask the dokter about the pil

go to garage;
- check the machine
- check the meter

go to crime scene;
- ask the 'dokter' some more questions
- let him take you to the boiler room

at the boiler room;
- check gas can;
take sample from fluid with swap tool
take fingerprint from the side of the gas can with the brush tool
- check the big machine next to your colleague
- check the grate
- check caulk;
take powder sample from the caulk with collection tool
take fingerprint from the caulk with brush tool

go to lab;
fingerprints;
check fingerprint gas can; search 3 points!
take solution 2
(keep in mind this can be different with yours, depends on which points you choose to use, just save before trying and if you make a mistake or you take too long, just reload)
check fingerprint from caulk; search 3 points!
take solution 2
chemical;
check gasoline found in boiler room; evidence match
match with liquid sample on generator wick
check white paste on furnace; evidence match
match with caulk found on generator

go to brass;
ask him for a warrant to search the levasque house
give brass evidence; fluid found on pil victim esophagus

go to levasque house bedroom;
check stain on floor;
swap the stain
check pil on floor;
take it
swap liquid from pil
check stain left of pil on floor;
spray the stain and swap
check night table;
take bottle with pills

go to lab;
chemical;
check fluid pil found on floor; evidence match
match with fluid found on pil victim esophagus
check fluid found on stain on floor; search
take solution; 2-4-6
check bottle of pills; search
take solution; 1-7-8
dna;
check fluid found on pil (at lev. house); evidence match
match with fluid found on pil victim esophagus
check bloodsample found on floor; evidence match
match with lyle's blood sample found on generator
microscope;
set it on 60, match the pil found on victim esophagus with the pills found at the night table at the levasque house. slide a bit until the sight becomes visible.

brass will contact you, go to him, he has some info about the dokter. talk to him until you get all the info, incl the info about the buildings.
ask him for a warrant to get the dokter at the office
give brass evidence; papers about furnaces pipes

ask the dokter;
- pipes in good working order
evidence; papers about furnaces pipes
- did he touch the pipe
evidence; fingerprint dokter on caulk
- did he tamper with the generator
evidence; fingerprint on gas can
- about the pills, knows that name
evidence; bottle pills found at levasque house

go to brass;
ask him for a warrant to get ardell to the office
give brass evidence; bottle with pills

ask ardell;
- about the pills
evidence; her dna found (option 3)
ask the most right question and after that ask the questions about lyle.
then she will freak out and won't say anything anymore.
she will be arrested and a cutscene will follow which brings you back at the lab.
brass will contact you again, he says ardells bag is at the office, maybe there will be some clues.

ardells bag;
check the antifungal cream;
take it
check the key card;
take fingerprint with brush tool

go to lab;
medical database;
- check the antifungal cream

brass will contact you again, this time about the gas company, you can go to the boiler room to investigate the gas pipe.

go to boiler room;
- check the pipe;
take the piece of a fingernail
use the casting cream on the pipe

go to lab;
microscope;
(if this is your first play through, you will have to solve the star challenge, see the video walkthrough)
check the fingernail found on caulk; set it on 60, slide the nail a bit until you can see it clearly.

go to brass;
ask him for a warrant to search the levasque house, incl lyle's room
give brass evidence; piece of fingernail

go to levasque house, lyle's room;
-check desk;
take the pocket knife
- check pocket knife;
at the side is a toothpick, take it
- check toothpick;
use collection tool on white powder
- check left side of the room;
take chisel on cabinet

go to lab;
chemical;
- check white powder on toothpick;
take solution; 5-8
- check antifungal cream;
take solution; 1-4-6-8
microscope;
set it on 10, match the mold of the chisal mark (from the pipe) with the chisel from lyle's room

go to brass;
ask him for a warrant for lyle
give brass evidence; the chisel found in lyle's room

ask lyle question;
- did he tamper with the pills
evidence; toothpick with white powder

case solved with 100% skill and cunning.
