Practice and shortcuts. I found a lot of videos on youtube on how to speed run the original game. The level layouts are pretty much mirrors and alot of the new enemies only appear in the bonus levels so you don't have to worry about anything unexpected.

I went ahead and changed the difficulty to a 6/10 and the hours to 6-8. I agree the game is harder and takes longer than I originally thought. The easier Achievements only take around 1-2 hours so that was what I was thinking about. I never really thought about how long it might take to get Earthworm Never Dies as well as how difficult it is.

Really? Well I had 8/12 Achievements so that is most of them. I'm sorry if my low difficulty rating offended you and made my guide so terrible!

The blue orbs are the ones you pickup during the andy asteroid races.

I believe the multiplayer achievements can be got in private matches if that helps.

I just got it. I'll say to anyone going for it to make a check list so they know which ones they got left. Also, if your doing it legit like I did stay out in front the whole time and kill and collect everything you can. The power ups are good to get alot more points then everyone cause you can kill stuff they can't (i.e. Electric Toads, Muscle Cats), plus you can kill the bosses faster to get more points. I beat most of them with four players and 2 other ones I hosted a match and played against one guy. There might be a host advantage that makes you start out earlier then everyone or I was just quicker, I'm not sure.

I lol'd at the 6/10 for difficulty. The Earthworm Never Dies achievement alone gets an 8/10.

I don't know if restarting Snot a Problem after fucking up still makes it valid, but you need some serious skills for this one. This is probably the hardest skill-based achievement I can remember.

I agree their are so many areas where you can make a single mistake and die and than you have to restart the whole game again.

snot a problem was honestly the toughest section for me. thankfully it's early on in the game so if you do mess up starting over isn't a big deal.

i was also not doing well on the boss in intestinal distress so i'd hit a rock or two in andy asteroids vii and die. i practiced and was able to beat that boss without taking a hit making the next level easy.

If you make your own lobby in Multiplayer, it lists all the levels in the game for you to choose and puts a checkmark next to each one you've played. You've got to keep a list of which ones you got first in, but it does keep track of the ones you've done.

idk if anyone else noticed but an easy way to boost Space Collector and Super Space Collector is collecting the orbs (in Andy's Asteroids level) and, when you are getting to the end of the level, pause the game and select Restart Level, rinse and repeat

the same thing works for Atom Raider and Atom Jefferson as well (in a regular level)

Hey nice guide, I think you should change the Super Space Collector Description to help people better though.
The blue orbs are the ones you collect in the races, a quick way for the
achievement is to start a local multi-player ( you'll need another pad to sign in) and play the multi-player race level. You can get around 50 orbs on this level so you will need to play it 6 times. To save more time, just before the race ends, you can press start and reset the level to save going though the menus etc each time.

You should update the guide with more tips for the 2 achievements that matter... Superhero and Earthworm Never Dies. The rest of the achievements are done with a simple playthrough.

For Groovy Leader how does that one actually work?

just tried getting it earlier with someone else, I got first on some levels and he got some done for himself and then went through it a second time to finish it off

and nothing unlocked.
