Solo vs Coop Farming Drop Rate

Does the drop rate for elite armor change when spider farming or 1-3 Grindl runs between misson select, solo co-op and partner co-op? I'm not having much luck so far in spider farming aside three elite weapons for other classes and a couple red runes.

Also, even though the percentage drop rate is lower for spiders, is it still better in the long run than Grindl because of the speed of kills?

I tend to do my spider farming co-op private cuz there are more enemies to kill but in increasing ur chances for drop rate?....thats entirely up to luck, there is no solid way to increase your chance, even if u were to have ur loot drop chance capped (15%) it will only make them drop more stuff but it wont increase ur chances. All I can tell you is to get all ur tokens for that lvl or all levels and start spider farming OR u can always run thru helheim without dying like i do. =]
