Can I replay levels on Uber to get the Achievement?

i finished the game on normal have all upgrades. so i wonder if i replay all levels uber difficulty, does it unlock the achievement or do i have to start a brand new game?

If I remember correctly, you have to start a new game. But Uber is really easy to run through.
