What are the signs?
For me, the signs seem to be glitched. I had 0/25 just before the end of Episode 1, and then right after Episode 2 started, I was up to 3/25.
So I am just wanting to make sure, signs are the phrases left on walls, not the torch symbols, right?

Signs are big plates with informations on it =P
You have to press B to read em

Yes, like the one in front of the mammoth. Not all signs you read in the game give credit though. There's 25 that count, but something more like 30 to read in the game.
