Medical Chart Tip

After your first play through the guide says to check tip 142 for medical chart completion. Make sure you actually click on it and don't just look at it like I did, I had to replay the first story once I wondered why I hadn't finished the game yet. You'll know you did it right when the achievement unlocks. Then after your second play through do the same thing to make sure you get the 0% achievement.
