Assistance with game

I just got this game and from some videos I've seen, many can jump extremely high, does anyone know how to do that and willing to tell me, I love mega man but I haven't played one in years

Um....jump high? The only think I can think of is the Wheel Cutter, you can use it to climb walls really fast. You get it from Nitro Man.
