Freezing

Well I guess most of us know that this game freezes.

If anyone has any suggestions on how to fix this than please feel free to give advice.

Also don't forget to grab the last two parts of the codes for your free avatar prop.

Download all 4 games from the month of March and go all the way to the right on your games tab and write the codes down. I think they are universal so maybe one person could post them and everyone just copy and paste on to xbox.com.

It seems to freeze during the load screen for me, no idea whats wrong with it, i downloaded both game packs.

same here, i messed around for a few minutes, then accidentally quit. started back up and now it's stuck on a loading screen.

exiting to dashboard doesn't fix it.

Yea I tried to continue without saving and that didn't work.

I guess most of us downloaded it from the all downloads section of the game it self.

Might want to wait for an actual download spot on the new arrivals for arcades.

Maybe that will fix it. If not hopefully they drop a patch ASAP LOL.

I haven't actually tried fully deleting it and redownloading.

So maybe that will work.

Someone with a fast connection want to delete and redownload and see if that will work.

It was working. I got 75g worth of free gamerscore, then backed out. When I tried to load it up again it froze on the Loading screen. I tried deleting and redownloading, same result.

Well i guess that clears that up. Well I guess we have to wait for the other option then. For them to actual release it in the new arrivals section for arcades and an actual here is the link type deal.

Maybe they underestimated how many people would be downloading it and it crashed. (They do this alot....)

What Avatar prop code? Mine just hangs at about 33% for the initial load. Coin just keeps spinning.

I can't understand why the 2 Game Packs are separate downloads when the GWL version is just one big download.

Just because the downloads are up doesn't mean the service is. The games aren't meant to be free, obviously, so that means there is some internal system for buying/playing the games and it isn't up yet. I imagine that it is similar to the Rock Band/Guitar Hero store and, for instance, if those servers were not up yet you probably wouldn't be able to buy anything. Same thing here. The first downloads haven't even been up for a few hours and people are already flipping out.

Thanks for the info! One thing... To purchase games you go onto the game room store and purchase from there so you can purchase games. There must be an issue with the game room itself.

Just tried that. No dice.

Game was freezing on the load screen. Deleted it. Redownloaded it. Still freezing at the loading screen.

Ah well. Wont be playing this before work today then.

Couldn't help but to laugh there... some (MANY) people really enjoy playing old games a lot! Just because you don't you shouldn't should like a child :P You can't get something you enjoy every week

Well it worked for me right after it showed up on the dashboard, but after quitting out it refuses to get past 1/4 of the loading. Glad I didn't buy anything yet.

Heh, I downloaded it a second ago, as well as the game add on 1 & 2, loaded it up and selected my save device, and it froze on my first try (1/4)
I wasent even as lucky as most of you to walk around for a few minutes... o well, im in the same boat as one of the previous posters, I wont be playing this before work.

Pretty stupid to have a universal code.
Now anyone can get the prop without having to have bought the games, makes you wonder why they bother with promotions like that if they just use a universal code that will obviously be posted on the internet.
As well, it's a good job I actually enjoyed those three games, otherwise I might be a little annoyed.
