I have no MP achievements unlocked and was denied "Hit&Miss" at the end of chapter 8. Did not unlock.

Have not continued since. LOL, puts kind of a damper on this whole "have no mp achievements and they will unlock" ordeal.

WTF? Any ideas?

Thanks for your participation. But you can't trash a proven explanation (over 2 different hardware) just for 1 exception to the rule. Scientists need to get the same results multiple times to validate their experiences, that's what we did.

If you could provide more info on what you did or did not do while playing, it could be of some help.

I have just started playing AoT with a friend and have been proceeding through the DLC chapters first. I unlocked "Hit and Miss" without a problem. I just have to go back to Chapter 9 and shoot Meilin Jun to complete the DLC achievements.

Once I get that am I safe to go for Versus achievements or should I complete all the campaign achievements first?

The sad thing about this theory working out is EA are going to point at people like me and say "See, it works fine" just like Medal of Honor:Airborne World War 2 Victory Medal

You should be fine with all achievements now, but since it's EA we're talking of, I'd go for the safe way and unlock everything campaign related before playing online. Keep us posted about what happens on your side so that we can update the theory.

No but M$(have an insider) got tired of the complaints(Yes, they actually do) and forced the game developers to fix this. It wasn't originally planned to be fixed but all of our bitching got the wheels turning

Wow, glad to hear that. Any chance/hint of who we need to complain to at Microsoft to see if they'll do something similar to the Ghostbusters game and its impossible-to-earn multiplayer achievements?

I have no MP achievements and I got the DLC ones. I not positive if there's a correlation because on the EA forums a few people got the DLC ones & a few MP's.

Yeah, I have to unfortunately confirm that this happened to me as well. I only have "DIY PMC" and "Paging Dr. Wu" is still locked for me.

Well, Hopefully we'll get something soon. Me and a friend played through 8 and 9 today. I have DIY PMC, Big Game Hunting, and Fancy Meeting You Here. I am currently missing Men of the People, Pick a New Face, and Hit & Miss. He has Fancy Meeting You Here, and is currently missing Pick a New Face, and Men of the People. I've tried deleting cache and all, but no luck on that. Don't know how our examples fit into the theory but either way, it's pissing us off. Anyone hear anything different?????

You've got 3 achievements, so you are missing 3 new DLC achievements.
Your friend's case is kinda different, because he has only 1 MP achievement but is missing 2 DLC achievements. I don't know how to explain this, but I doubt doing anything (except modding) by ourselves will make it/them attainable.

Well im happy to say this is number 3 that EA has gotten the best of me. Glad I preordered this. Then finished up my Awards on Bad Company this weekend and no achivment there "I Am Bad Company", and "Race Day2" for NFS prostreet which the mod I raced against said that EA would turn it back on but they don't know how to fix it. Just aboutto wrap up dead space which was a great game and. Would like to get DS2 when it launches and get Dante's Inferno but very upset with EA right now. So.... I hope we here on atleast this patch soon. BC2 is getting there MP update but we can get ours?
