Racing Academy

this game is now driving me insane!

I can't beat the final academy race.

Its 3 laps with no assists using only manual gears.

You start 19th and must win it.

Best I can manage is 3rd.

The car is VERY twitchy and simply does not have enough acceleration to catch up the leaders.

Can anyone offer me any useful advice please???
Are there any tricks to this???

well if u want an S rank not only do u have to win but by nine seconds which took me 5 attempts all u have to do is drive smooth and rub em up in the corners early to get near the front quickly once u have the lead which i did on the end of lap 1 u just need to drive nice and steady and u will pull the gap to nine seconds, if u dont have the lead by the start of the second lap restart the race becasue u will not get a nine second gap in less than 1 lap.

I agree. Once you get ahead, it is easy to get a gap but like above poster said you need to be ahead by beginning of lap 2.
