King of Fighter Glitched Achievement

I made a checklist and went through with every character. I play arcade mode every time from start to finish. I didn't use second controller, I KO every single character in a game in arcade mode using all of the characters playing offline arcade mode. This is the third time I got everything checked off on the spreadsheet list. What am I doing wrong?

Yes, you must NOT lose your First Fighter when doing this, or it will not work, also check Guide/Road Map for more details.
