Keeps crashing when connect to live on Skate

hi.

bit of help maybe.

i can play any game online and it runs fine no problems. i put skate in today to play online and when it signs in it just freezes.

i can play the game if i am disconnected from live,

anyone got any hints which may be able to fix?
