Weapons Parts & Full Arsenal Achievement

This is a tale of frustration. It is also an attempt to relieve the frustrations of others. Here is my story...

I was frustrated that I knew I had gotten the "Chepznaz Redstar" weapon part in the zoo, but I could not find it in the Weapon Customizations. I was pretty sure I had done everything else to unlock the Full Arsenal Achievement too. I replayed the zoo hoping to find it again (silly me!). I was ready to cry "GLITCH!".

So I made a text listing of ALL the weapons parts. Was I ever glad to find that elusive "Chepznaz Redstar" in the sniper barrels list. So I bought it, and wa-la! Achievement Unlocked.

I have attached the text file below in case anyone wants it.

Did people really have this much trouble with that? The first thing i did after getting "all the parts" was check the various weapon types, like SMG, the LMG, and snipers. Also the stupid FAMAS because it gets it's own barrel.

Do you need to have the G18 pistol in order for the achievement to unlock?

If so, where the fudge do I get it so it will unlock?

ok i dont know what to do-- i have every gun AND attatchment unlocked and bought.. i JUST went back through and checked literallly every individual gun to make sure and i still dont have the achivement... the only thing i am missing is all the paint jobs on the guns but i don't think that is needed... also i have not played this on LIVE so i havn't gotten the other "Gun Packs"... so i think this achievement can be glitched for a few... and i think i am one of them...

why is it that every time there is a glitched achievment... i ALWAYS have problems with it!!??

also i was wandering is anyone else having the same problems??

yes u do need it and u have to play as a good character ( making positive co-op descisions) and when you get to the hopital in the very begining right after the cut scene with salem waking up, Rios will say something about there being a door and asks the doc. if he can open it if you are good the doctor will open the door for you, you can't miss it. its in there

so play atleast a few mission back to biuld up a good repution

ok never mind i got it... looks like the 3rd time looking at every gun payed off... i was missing the larger clip for the TD-V 0.45 SMG (Vector SMG)

I got the same problem. What can i do?
Delete the save game fix the glitch?
