Missing Achievements

I've got a problem.

I've finished the game, on Normal Difficulty. But for some reason the achievements for Mission 5 (Gone Shopping), and the one for beating the game (Survivor?), isn't unlocked.

Why is this?

I've been playing it solo all the way, and I've unlocked a bunch of achievements after I finished it the first time. I've even replayed several chapters, in case that they would unlock the second time. But Gone Shopping and Survivor? is still missing.

Can anyone help?

Try starting a new game on one of the other save files. If this does not work you may have to delete your game save from the hard drive and replay the game, it doesn't take too long anyway.
