I already have the achievement. But I cant remember well cus I completed the game a year ago.

I think it might be the one in Sasuke's hidden room, I remember it being somewhere around the Hokage house's wall. Did you find that one respectively got the achievement for Sasuke's secret room?

It is in Sasuke's secret room. I was having trouble finding it and gave up on it and when to go get the hidden room achievement and when said it might be there it was confirmed.
