Do you have to collect all of them as you progress?
Or can you come back to each place later and collect them then?

I'm picking this game up tonight and I'm not sure if I should start hunting for them right away or just play through most of the game first.

Most of them you find on a standard playthrough. Also, some of them are unreachable until later when you get more equipment.

Anyone know of a guide that has pictures of maps along with it or something along those lines. I am towards the end of the game. Just finished making the sword, and it is very difficult to read the locations when no one is alive anymore haha. Such as "Go to where there are 3 guys hanging around".

Decent guide, some of the explanations are vague. This is also probally stemming from the fact that im a fuckin moron and cant find 1 wrath shard and 1 life shard... Ill keep tryin

there is an ivisible chest in the dry road that i dont know how to get. its hard to explain where it is but its outside, surrounded by buildings and a big hole/drop. its across the drop from a vulgrim location.

the chest has a yellow glow on it.

does anyone know how to open it. this is the second invisible chest ive found and i have no idea what to do with it.

Thanks for the guide. I was missing 1 wrath shard, 1 lifestone shard, and 1 artifact. Between this and the Fury's Embrace enhancement I was able to find the missing ones without too much trouble.

The invisible chests are located in the Shadow Realm and can only be opened when you're wearing the Mask of Shadows.

Not sure if anyone already mentioned this, but you could add the Library location to the Crossroads section. I found it a little confusing while looking for my last piece. Great guide, really helped me out, thanks.

im having trouble with the wrath shards in the iron canopy, the one behind the fences after the collapsing bridge. I finished that zone awhile ago and now im collecting the pieces of the blade, but I can't find a way to return to the bridge. I've gone through every part of the iron canopy and I can't find a way back! Im looking at the map and it looks like the only exit is through the passageway with the two thin parallel lines at the top of the map visible on the third tab, but there's no way to reach it!

i went back to the twilight cathedral after my return from eden and went to the fourth lowest level and now cant figure a way out.....any help would be apreciated

I'm having a little trouble getting a chest that's in the Twilight Cathedral. It's at the bottom level (where you have to push the lever into position and raise it up to the next level) and right when you walk out of the elevator type thing and you turn left and it shows it's right there(on the map) but, I can't find it.

*IMPORTANT NOTE!* THERE IS AN ACHIEVEMENT STOPPING GLITCH!

I'm playing this on the PS3, but x360a's sister site hasn't got a guide for Darksiders' Trophies, so i'll post here...Now i've gotten EVERYTHING bar one Wrath Shard, I thought I knew exactly where it was, and confirmed it on here after a rather unfortunate glitch happened.

Whilst taking the elevator of the 2nd Tower up, I glitched off the elevator, onto the floor. There is no way to make it to the top, and no way to call the elevator back down. The final Wrath Shard is now no longer obtainable for me.

It was the ONLY chest I missed in the Black Throne, and now I can't get this.
I have no idea how it happened. I averted my gaze for a second or two, and now I can't get up there.
I thought perhaps I jumped off before you went higher than the corridor, but there's an invisible wall after the elevator starts.

Someone please note that this has happened, and do be careful. If it DOES happen. Do NOT save your game, no amounts of wandering. reloading and completing the end boss and reloading the game brings the elevator back down. If you miss the chest and you glitch. Reload IMMEDIATELY.

Just to be on the safe side.

Hope no one else experiences this.
My first playthrough was on Normal Difficulty so, I've got my Apocalyptic to get it. It's just a real shame I missed out on my first playthrough being my ultimate file...

I cannot figure out where my last Soldier artifact is. I've been everywhere that I believe I have passed, yet when I get there, I end up having it already.

My question is this: Are there any Soldier artifacts that people have problems with or are easily missable?
