In the cheats/password option located in the extras menu enter:

vcteam - unlocks 2K/Visual Concepts developer teams

g8r23bty56 - unlocks the five alternates for this season

I know this is old, but the alternate uniform code is case sensitive.

G8r23Bty56 there it is with the capital letters it needs.
