Slitha's Loom missing one treasure high above

I'm missing one chest, it should be high above and if I look up I can see an ice road or something, it is at the beginning of the level.
I already got all upgrades but how to get it?

if by the beginning of the level you mean after killing Slitha then there is one on the way up.

If you hit the lift block with your crossblade then grapple onto the red point it will carry you up to the room you fought her in. But you want to jump off on the floor below to find an artifact and a chest iirc

I mean this one (number 1 is a chest, number 2 is an ice walkway that could lead to it?

You just have to smash the wooden barrier surrounding the Chest
