% completion 96.8%????

i did all possible things. my villa stats are all 100%. i also got all treasures and completed all secondary missions, but in the stats it says 96.8%...

If you don´t have the 3 extra missions from the black edition you can´t get 100%.

yeh u need the 3 templar lairs (1 in Florence, 2 in Venice >special edition) and u also need the uplay exclusive auditore family crypt add on which costs 40U in the Uplay store.
I suspect tht ubisoft will bring these 3 templar lairs as a dlc to the xbox marketplace. > nt yt though

I might be getting cynical, but I'm really surprised these weren't available day one (or at least by now). Maybe I'm just used to EA selling crap like this as a planned item, but I know Patrice mentioned that they wanted to release these crypts as cheap DLC so everyone can try them (and I would like the chance to DL the 3rd one that wasn't available in the U.S.)...

Amen. They didn't add enough to the game to be worth the extra expense. But on the bright side, the Ezio figurine is great quality, so I do feel like the Master Assassin Edition was worth it.

So thats why my file is missing a "secret area" in the DNA and i'm at 99.2% despite doing everything possible in the game! Theres a 3rd Templar crypt they didn't release to the U.S.? Thats a piss off.

Which one can't we play? I thought there was Palazzo Medici, Santa Maria dei Frari, and Shipyard Arsenal for DLC and the Auditore Crypt from UPlay.

Dunno. The code only came with EU versions of the game. Unless you eBay it, you can't get the code.

I wasn't implying you couldn't, I was asking because I don't know I keep forgetting all this content is on the disc already. Seeing as that's the case, and I KNOW I've seen the 3 slots on the DNA menu on my copy (US) I would almost have to believe it would work if we got a code and tried it here. I will wait and see what they release on the marketplace before I spend the crazy amounts of money people are asking on eBay for 15 minute extra missions

But what about Shipyard Arsenal? The question remains whether that code will work on the US version. I can't see why it wouldn't.

Well, I won't be getting those for awhile, because I have Mass Effect 2 at the end of January, Dante's Inferno at the beginning of February and SC: Conviction at the end of February. I won't have the extra cash for any DLC.

Don't remember off hand where I read it. I think it might've been in the news section of x360a now that I think about it. Or maybe it was Kotaku or 1up. And that they would eventually release them as DLC for those that didn't pre-order or buy the limited editions. Yeah, we know they're getting released. But where did you see that (very rough) timeline? I've never seen any date put on them. And you kinda gave us a rough 2-month span...

Like I've said already. Ubisoft and the developers have both said that the exclusive areas would not remain exclusive. First place I heard that was in an article about AC2 before it was even released. You can also check the FAQ section of the Assassin's Creed 2 website. It says plain as day that all 3 areas will be released as DLC in the near future.

I don't have time right now to go digging it up for you. But If I get a chance later, I'll link the page to the thread.

But they've never said that they will be released with the upcoming DLC (Battle of Forli, The Bonfire of the Vanities).

I finished the game today and had 97%, when i went back and checked I realised I was missing a weapon, the sword of altair.
I've just found this and its taken me to 100%
I just have a normal retail copy, not a special edition so maybe you're missing something.
